"Sometimes, it doesn't matter how healthy we are or how content we should feel,
we just don't feel satisfied.

It's easy to think that if we complain about things long enough, or loud enough,
they will magically fix themselves. Feeling content with your relationship, job or yourself is
not about finding 'the one', or reading a self-help book that promotes
 the idea that you can succeed in anything you want.

Ultimately, to be satisfied we need to make sure we
create our own version of what success is, not anyone else's.
Only then can we get closer to being satisfied and feeling fulfilled "
